Muruzábal is an idyllic little village located in Valdizarbe, 20 km from Pamplona, 4 km from Puente la Reina and 2 from Obanos, on the Camino de Santiago.
The village has a Bar-restaurant and a society bar, pharmacy, grocery store. Many different plans can be made, from horseback riding in Zaraquiegui, guided tours to wineries, or municipal swimming pools in Obanos.
Surrounded by a beautiful landscape of meadows in an environment full of art and monuments, such as:

  • In the same town, the 14th century Romanesque church of San Esteban and the Muruzabal Palace
  • Santa María de Eunate: impressive 12th century Templar church, with a peculiar octagonal floor plan and exterior cloister, 2 km
  • The very close towns of Puente la Reina and Obanos, with their monumental complexes.
  • In addition, it allows beautiful outings and tours on foot in its closer environment, or by car, as it is very well connected due to its proximity to the Autovía del Camino or to natural places such as the Sierra de Urbasa, Andía, the Source of the Urederra…
